the phone came not in the condition advertised and had multiple features not functional. as well the refund process caused me to lose out on a week of work due to the length of.the process this was a very disappointing experience and will most likely mean I will not be using back market again in the future

Everything came in good didn’t deliver to my house for some reason but I picked it up just fine I was at my address though and they said they couldn’t deliver because I wasn’t there rather than that

Do not buy anything from backmarket whatsoever. this is the second time I've been ripped off by them where they sell you a product and promise you that it will be in a certain condition and give you one year warranty in lieu of the manufacturer for any defects that happen due to a design flaw and when those do happen as it did in my case not once but TWICE, they refuse to honor any of what they promise even though in my case I received the fold line in the middle of the screen on my galaxy fold z3 within an year of my purchase with no unnatural use and this is something that has happened to many other people who have this device and it's a design flaw that is clearly documented. They will try to shift the blame on you that you have damaged the device as they did to me BOTH times and make up non existent damages even though there are pictures that prove the exact opposite since you're supposed to take some before you send it back. I still had a month or two of my warranty left in both cases when the phones became damaged due to manufacturing defects and both times I was given some bs excuse or reason why they would not fulfill their promise to cover design defects. As mentioned they have ripped me off twice already with their products but there won't be a third time since I will never buy anything from backmarket again and will claim this as fraud with both the better business bureau and my payment card and also that they overcharge people on everything the sell as these are not new products but refurbished ones and there are better prices on other sites like Amazon for example where you can get a device of the same quality for up to 1/3-1/2 of the price less and you can also get a warranty for it that actually works for only a few bucks extra compared to the one offered by them here. Just stay away from this site at all costs.
