    To put it simply, the phone I got was as good as and indistinguishable from new. Needed this particular model fully unlocked including bootloader. Everything tested perfectly out of the box, my existing sim worked fine, flashing stock Android and alternate OS went off without a problem. Well satisfied and would certainly check back here if I needed.

    I read up on mixed reviews about buying devices from BackMarket, but I took a chance anyway and bought my mom a Galaxy S21. Arrived surprisingly fast and in fantastic condition! I bought it at great condition but the few scratches that were there were barely noticeable. She doesn't know much about phones, so I looked it over for her to make sure everything was functioning correctly, and I was impressed! Great functionality and battery health at 100%.     I have had a Pixel 3 since they launched back in 2018. Unfortunately, I broke the screen and was in the market for another. The price was fair and the product arrived quickly and as described. Definitely will do business with Back Market again in the future should I be in the market for another phone! The protection plans seem pretty standard and are offered by Asurian. Also, I absolutely loved that the charger they sent was a braided cable. I wish these would become the industry standard instead of rubber/plastic wire housing.

    I am very pleased with this phone. I ordered in good condition and the phone i recieved looked like a new phone. I had the s8 and never really cared for it the whole time i had it. The battery was dying really fast, apps would force close, the cover on the camera was busted which caused my lens to mess up so the pictures were crap. I was going to do an insurance claim on it but since Verizon went up to almost 200 dollars to do a claim and i was just going to receive another crap s8 I decided to look online for a phone. When i came across this sight i was hesitant at first but kept reading all the awesome reviews so when i saw this S10 5G for only 100 more than the claim would cost, plus get a better phone I took the chance. And I'm extremely happy i did. I've been telling everybody about this sight and showing this phone off to everybody so they can see the quality of it.
