    The phone was supposed to be in excellent condition. Long story short, the screen wasn't, we realized this beyond the 30 days limit and now Back Market refuses to fix it for us, to replace or refund it, or to pay for a repair (offered $30 for a $200 pro. repair!). More details: We got it, bought a screen protector that was not working great. After a few weeks, we changed it and got the same issue. We then realized it was not a protector issue but a screen being slightly warped one (plus he had small scratches we initially missed). When we contacted Back Market (super slow) support, they offered to replace it, when we asked if they could rather pay for repair (to avoid the reinstall), they switched customer support rep. and changed their position refusing to replace it altogether. After lots of back and forth the only "solutions" they had was $30 to pay ourselves for the $200 repair plus a totally useless 15% discount on a FUTURE phone. After having bought 5 devices over several years, they did the ultimate mistake when you sell 2nd hand things: reassure people they won't get screwed. They lost a customer then.
