    I got a lemon. The seller (who I understand is supposed to respond in one business day) first responded quickly, but then did not respond when I sent a description of what was going wrong with the phone when it went from bad to worse ...initially wifi and bluetooth stopped working after just 1 week of use, and when I sent details that it now crashes constantly and does a factory reset (lost a few important family photos :( ) did not hear back. I bought this phone in the USA to bring to Australia, and now here, I have no phone and am losing work. I was so excited about discovering BackMarket and looking at all their amazing products and had even bragged to friends and fam about the great deal I got. Sooo bummed - BackMarket seemed like a super cool company with good sellers who did their job. Any helpful resolution is not possible now, with shipping issues happening. So disappointed :(
