    I was so happy with my Pixel 4 XL. Not only does it look and feel brand new. I also found it in the color that I wanted. Couldn't find the orange anywhere for a decent price. I'll be ordering from back market again for sure!!!!!!

    We have had other good experiences with Back Market but this purchase isn't working out. The battery isn't lasting the day and the speaker isn't working properly and I can't hear. We're needing to activate the warranty on this one so there's still time to make this right!

    The product quality is not good and when I contacted the seller I was not satisfied with the resolution. I paid $100s of dollars for a phone that doesn't work, I am only able to talk on the phone if it is on speaker. They offered to have me send it to them for review and repair. That is unacceptable as it would leave me without a phone for a week. I rated the order and Backmarket doesn't seem to care. Send me a comparable phone that works and I'll send this one back so I don't have to go without a phone. That is the only acceptable resolution.

    Omnipoint Mobility Solutions did not send the UW version which is what I ordered. They sent the watered down version of the a71. Case I bought doesn't fit.. Money and time wasted getting the phone set how I like it. Response from was plainly "send it back for a refund". Never purchasing through Omnipoint again.

    I got "good" quality. It looked brand new. No scratches of any kind. Beautifull phone. Activated no problem. All working. I love that phone. Per AccuBattery battery is 84%. I just use it for calls and text mostly so it lasts me 2 days on one charge. After checking that one I bought the second one from the same vendor for my wife. Same story. Like brand new. Battery on this one is 82%. Good enough for me. I could buy newer phone but each Pixel up is bigger and bigger. This one is almost too big for me. But is is the smallest Pixel that works afer G3 shotdown. Actually without a cover phone itself is small enough and slick. I got bumper cover for me which made it bit bigger. But all is good. So far so good. I recomend this phone.

    This phone came in great condition. I previously ordered the same phone from a seller through Walmart for about $20 less. There was some cosmetic damage, but the big problem was that the battery life was terrible. I reached out to get it fixed, and they just told me to return it. So I did, and instead ordered from Back Market. The phone was in perfect condition, the battery life is way better than the other one I ordered (still not perfect, but it works for anything I'd want to use it for). I'll definitely come back here when I'm looking for my next phone.

    I've purchased quite a few phones off of Backmarket.com. I've yet to be disappointed. This particular device felt brand spanking new. The glass had no marks or scratches. The battery seems to last all day so far, and the processor and memory seem to operate just fine. The cameras work as expected, and the fingerprint reader is working well. There was a purple braided charger cable that came with the phone. There was no charger block, which is fine. I have a bunch of them. Also, there was no box. It came in a bubble wrap envelope. But I don't expect a $1,000 retail phone that I got for about $120 to be delivered on a silver platter. It was definitely a bargain, and I'm satisfied with it so far.

    This company is awesome. I will never buy another phone from anywhere else. I don't need the newest phone out there. I just need a good phone at a good price and that is exactly what I have gotten from this company each time I've used them. I am currently using them for the third time. The first phone was overnighted and arrived on time, and with the second phone I used standard shipping, and it actually arrived a day earlier than anticipated. The phones have been in almost perfect condition and worked great both times. The second time, I changed my mind about which phone i wanted after about a week of having it and contacted the company that sent it to me to see if I could exchange for a different one that was around the same price. The owner quickly got back to me and stated that was fine. He said that he would send me a return shipping label with the phone that I wanted to exchange it for, and asked what color I wanted! Most companies would make you send the phone back, and then after they received it, they would ship the new one, IF they would allow an exchange at all. Some places would make you return and then buy the other phone separately. I won't have to go without a phone while I'm waiting now which is so nice! I DEFINITELY recommend using this company. 😁

    Service was awesome but this xl would not hold a charge. Googling shows many problems with pixels and charging. Xl was returned. Again provider was excellent but would not recommend the xl refurbished because of this chronic problem.
