I understand that your platform works with third-party refurbishers so you can offer customers the best price. The Pixel arrived before the estimated delivery date, in perfect shape. My only troubles were transferring data from my old iPhone, but the problem was mostly getting data off the iPhone, and I had no trouble getting that data onto the Pixel. I love the Google Assistant. I immediately upgraded to Android 10, so no real learning curve to upgrade Android, since it was all new to me. I love Android because it is so much easier to figure out how to make the phone do what I want it to do. Apparently iPhone is intuitive for a certain type of mind, but I always found it very difficult to deal with, and I was often screaming at the phone. With the Pixel, I find myself smiling a lot, and the very early frustrations of a brand new owner weren't all that bad. Now, it seems to be smooth sailing all the way. Clearly my mind is more in tune with the Android thought process as it seems pretty easy to learn and very instinctive to operate. I wasn't sure if the larger size Pixel would be an impediment, but in fact, I like it a lot better. I'm still working on things like a proper case and so forth, but already it's clear that it will be no problem at all to have a larger phone. My daughter had the first Pixel, and she just raved about it (after previously having quite a few different phones from different makers), so it was an easy choice. Since then, I've been delighted to find YouTube reviews about using the original Pixel XL in 2020, over five years after it first arrived, and reading that it still commands two thumbs up. You can add my thumb to make that three thumbs up, way up!

I am very satisfied with my phone. I know it sounds crazy but I had purchased 3 phones before this one from other merchant's, which I had to return for defects and they were brand new. I remembered I had bought a laptop from Back Market and my kids and I put it to good use. I logged into BM and decided to give it a go for a cell phone and do not regret it.
