    The Pixel 5 I received was as described, truly unlocked, and in EXCELLENT condition! I've been absolutely loving it. My only gripe is that I bought it on a Thursday and paid extra for UPS Overnight, but I received it on Monday so I don't know what I actually paid for.

    The phone arrived on time and it was visually as described. I'm not for sure if it's a pixel specific problem or not but this pixel will randomly reboot for no apparent reason. This is not backmarkets' problem but a Google problem. I would and have recommended people give Backmarket a chance because the value is absolutely unrivaled and their customer service is spot on.

    I ordered an excellent condition google pixel 3 XL 64GB, the device looked brand new, but the battery drained very fast, initiated a return and seller was very responsive and quickly sent me another device. the new one have few small scratches on the backside of the phone (not the same excellent condition one though). other than that no issues with the battery like the previous one. happy with my purchase.

    Thankful the product matched the description. Backmarket offers great deals but check the seller's reputation. I'm happy with the value I got and would buy again from backmarket. One con: Their search is not very good on their site. Without google, I'm not sure I would have found what I wanted. One nice surprise: Their emails are entertaining - a fun read. Note: I have not used the camera so I went with neutral on my review of it.

    Camera seemed blurry at first, but gradually sharpened up. Could be googles learning algorithms or calibration. Headphone jack is a godsend, phone works like new, seems waterproof. For this price I will continue to act like it is. Possibly shorter battery but charges up fast enough I don't mind.

    I am SO happy and impressed with this order. The seller is very helpful and responsive--I needed to change the address after placing my order and they responded within an hour then shipped it that same day. I had the phone in my hands in less than 48 hours. The phone is in flawless condition and works beautifully. The only thing that could be improved is including an actual samsung charger instead of a third party one, but that's not a big deal. Love my new device!

    Mostly pretty happy with my purchase. The phone was in the advertised condition and it has been working great so far. The only thing I will say is that the phone could have been cleaned better. It isn't a huge deal but there was accumulated gunk around the bevel of the raised camera area on the back (including some very small, fine hairs). I was able to clean it out but it would be nice if the phone had been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall though, the price was good, the condition was as advertised and I love that I can buy a refurbished phone that comes with a decent warranty.

    I do not like how large the recent versions of the Pixel are, so I was happy to get this earlier version (which I had before). Didn't have any delivery issues and haven't had any major issues with the device. Three months in now, and the only thing I've noticed is that once in a blue moon the screen gets stuck for a second, but definitely worth the price for me.
