    I was a little concerned with its being "fair" condition. Instead, it arrived and looks great. Some tiny scratches on the frame--none on the screen. The battery is strong. No issues with functionality. Feels like new! All told, another great experience with BackMarket!

    Item was as expected in excellent condition!! This is my second purchase of a mobile phone from Back market! The quality of their products is impeccable!And the delivery service is lighting fast! The customer service communication is outstanding. I couldn't be happier and will always use Back Market as my go to for my devices. Their return process is supper simple! I had to return my phone not for any problem with the phone but quite to the contrary!The phone was so beautiful that I actually considered to keep it! But I no longer had a need for it. I purchased the phone because AT&T said on Feb 22nd 2022 when they change their network over to 5g that my original phone will no longer work because it was an unlocked phone and not an AT&T phone. Consequently I purchased the same make and model phone with the exception that it was an actual AT&T phone instead of an unlocked phone, because I love my phone! My original phone had also been purchased at Back Market in March of 2020 and is still in perfect condition!! Turns out the change of their network to 5g did not affect my phone and it is working just fine, so there was no longer a need for a new phone!Thus I had to sadly and reluctantly return it.
