    I was pleasantly surprised when I received what looked like a brand new phone, not a refurbished model. Not a scratch or scuff in the whole unit. I almost feel bad that I only got it for the unlimited photo uploads and that it will sit in a drawer when not being used for that purpose.

I received my order in about a week, and the instructions that I received with he phone and on their website was very easy to use and follow.     Everything was just fine, device is in like-new condition. The only accessory included was a USB-C cord. The downside is, the battery health was at about 73%, as measured by AccuBattery. It does not meet the guaranteed health of at least 80%. In such cases I usually return the product, but this time I did not have time to go through a return and buy a replacement, so I have to live with it.

    The quality of product was excellent had minor scuffs on the back which was invisible with a case however I hate that I was forced to upgrade to latest version of android before the setup process. I wish I could’ve tested android 11 beforehand because oh boy was android 12 so buggy. It was the absolute worst experience I ever had completely unreliable. I love the customization I had on android and I really wanted to leave my iPhone on iOS but oh god I’ve never had so many issues then with phone until now. I get that android 12 was a buggy release however it just hasn’t not gotten better. I really wanted this to be my main phone but i couldn’t get android 12 to work for me. I know everyone’s mileage will vary and I don’t blame backmarket for my experience but man I just couldn’t join android at better time. I hope android gets better but I don’t think I’ll buy a pixel phone again buy a Samsung it’s more stable or downgrade to android 11 if you can figure it out. Also one more thing I have to lower a star for back market for for giving me a usb c to usb A cable, I literally couldn’t use my charger because all devices use usb c to usb c, in the future I think customer should get the option to choose what kind of charger they get or the option to get no charger at all
