    Great refurbished phone. Came as att locked phone but was no problem having att already. Took sim card out of old phone put in new, transferred everything over from old phone with transfer apps and It was ready to use. Great phone for price and quick delivery.

    I didn't have much luck with my first Google Pixel 4 XL that I purchased used here on backmarket, however, backmarket and the vendor made it right and refunded my money when I returned the phone... and because of their excellent customer service, I turned around and immediately ordered another one. This one is near perfect and I saved hundreds of dollars! Not to mention that's nice to know that I had an impact on the environment in doing so.

    The phone came as scheduled. My heart was jumping out of my chest when I was opening the USPS box. I expected a decent quality phone in the box but it turned out to be an essentially brand new looking phone. The screen had no scratches at all (not even microscratches) and was in "excellent" condition as listed. Everything functions properly and so far it works like a charm. I was surprised that a used phone could be in such good condition. Thank you BackMarket & the refurbishers who did the job.

    Its a really good phone, and it was easy for someone to put my sim card in. I do wanna mention one thing though that might be just a little oversight in general when the phones are refurbished. So, I went to stick my jack in for my ear buds and it wouldn't go in all the way. I googled and theres a very quick easy for it though -- apparently sometimes lint get into those holes. A needle got it all out and it totally works fine. So the whole phone works fine. Maybe the refurb guys should just check for that when they refurb a phone though.

    Honestly, I didn't really know what to expect when I decided to order a refurbished phone. But, I'm definitely glad I jumped on this deal when I did! Back Market stated that the condition was "Fair", but to my surprise, I can't find any scratches or indentations on the surface of the screen or on the phone itself. What blew me away was the shipping. I ordered the phone, and in less than 3 days the phone arrived! Super impressed by the hastiness! The phone came with a Type-C USB cable which is working fine, but I'll more than likely have to order another for fast charging, which isn't a problem at all. All in all, I'm very happy with the Pixel 4, and I'll be shopping with Back Market for my next purchase as well! Give it a shot folks, you won't b disappointed!
