    Product is marketed as a 2020 model laptop. It was also marketed as being non-touch screen. 2 details that were misrepresented. I confirmed with Dell that this laptop was only manufactured in 2018. I dug deeper and confirmed that this specific laptop was shipped in 2019. The product was misrepresented by the seller. I would avoid this seller as they are misrepresenting their products, and not repsonsive to inquiries by customers or backmarket. Backmarket refuses to offer a partial refund. The laptop is in "very good" condition as advertised, and I may have gotten lucky. There's no reason to return the laptop as it is in working order. Backmarket's best approach (after the seller became nonresponsive to inquiries regarding the age of the laptop) was to offer a 5% discount on a future purchase to rectify the situation. However, returning the laptop would mean I would have to engage in another risky transaction on this website. It seems Backmarket does not vet their sellers properly, and does not monitor listings for accuracy and misrepresentations.
