It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

It works perfectly for my wife and what she needed to do with it, which is just basic word processing stuff and surfing the Internet. She’s more familiar with Mac. But I told her if she wants a Mac and she could get it herself and that she needs to learn how to use windows. All in all it’s a great little PC. It came in great condition and works perfectly.

The laptop works great but the battery life is the worst so I think I'll open it up myself and replace the battery and probably the storage two but the battery seriously dosent even last a hour it was supposed to be refurbished but other than that the laptop runs really well has great specs for the price and overall I'm very happy with the product

Product is marketed as a 2020 model laptop. It was also marketed as being non-touch screen. 2 details that were misrepresented. I confirmed with Dell that this laptop was only manufactured in 2018. I dug deeper and confirmed that this specific laptop was shipped in 2019. The product was misrepresented by the seller. I would avoid this seller as they are misrepresenting their products, and not repsonsive to inquiries by customers or backmarket. Backmarket refuses to offer a partial refund. The laptop is in "very good" condition as advertised, and I may have gotten lucky. There's no reason to return the laptop as it is in working order. Backmarket's best approach (after the seller became nonresponsive to inquiries regarding the age of the laptop) was to offer a 5% discount on a future purchase to rectify the situation. However, returning the laptop would mean I would have to engage in another risky transaction on this website. It seems Backmarket does not vet their sellers properly, and does not monitor listings for accuracy and misrepresentations.

I am very happy with my laptop. It was in great condition! It is faster than my computer at work! I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 and things are going smoothly! Will check back when I need something more!

This laptop I purchased for myself. It arrived before the scheduled shipping date. More over, I will be buying my kid(s) electronics on here from now on. I always wanted to buy them quality tablet/laptops that they see, but $1000> is way too high of a price point. This website provides that quality electronic(s) at 50-75% discount. So I can buy them what they wanted while they learn and earn the responsibility of taking care of their stuff. However, I like the numerical lock keyboard and this does not have it. But that's primarily on me for not doing my due diligence.
