    I’m not trying to say anything negative about backmarket because I will be using this app in the near future. Anyways, every other device I have gotten off of here worked perfectly fine. Not the iPhone 13 green. When I first got the phone, it wouldn’t even activate for me to use. The data didn’t work, the screen kept turning off. I had to plug in the phone for it to turn back on. There was a new battery detected and not an apple one, new screen. Also, day 3 of having phone: screen won’t cut back on. I did chose fair but I have always chose fair and they’ve worked just fine, no problems. The last phone I had was the 11 in fair and worked perfectly fine. Maybe I just got the bad phone in the batch? I’m not sure but won’t be buying this one again. Maybe the 13 pro or something.

    I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for half the price of a brand new one, and that was in good condition but it looks excellent and everything works perfectly!!! I had a small issue at check out, my card wasn’t going through for some reason. Customer service was quick to answer and fix the problem though which is great. And to top things off I got my phone in 3 days! I was nervous because I read one bad review but I am SO happy I bought from Back Market and will ALWAYS buy from Back Market from now on!
