    I have been a long time customer of Back Market and have always been completely happy with the phones I purchased from you. I paid what I thought was a little bit high for the iphone 12 Pro Max but was expecting the phone to be in good shape. I have never in my life been as disappointed in something in my whole life. Both the right and left sides of the glass had stress cracks that were obvious. I had to have the phone in service the day I received it or would have returned it. Needless to say I have made my last purchase from Back Market.

    I purchased an iPhone 11 pro years ago in good condition, it was very good, but I wanted to upgrade the device and this iPhone 14 pro max supposed to be in excellent condition has bad scratches on the screen and very noticeable scratches on the body, therefore I will request a refund and cancel the guaranty policy that included when I bought it.

    I had to purchase another phone for my husband since he is so hard on phones. his Samsung S20+5g was going to cost 300$ to fix a screen my cat bit... that price was higher than the perfect phone I just got him..S21+5g..I dont like the waste from electronics but its not helping any when your charged that much to fix a perfectly good phone...the S21+5g I just got is really in excellent condition..just like the S20+5g I got from backmarket..ALL my phones are from here and this makes #5..ALL bc it cost too much too repair! My recent purchase of the S21+5g did not have the key and only a data transfer cord but its not a deal breaker just less waist. I am seriously thinking on sending ALL these broken screen phones too backmarket when I replace my phone come October when my carrier will no longer be compatible with mine! I will definitely come back to this store!

    it arrived super quickly. I bought the phone and super clean and in good condition. but it was an at&t unlocked phone which caused alittle issue but otherwise I was able to transition all my information and data onto the new phone and used it like I bought a new phone. don't need to break the bank for a new phone anymore!

    OK, so I got the iPhone XS max yes it's working excellent . It has 80% battery health. That's OK, but I'm very upset because the device is AT&T locked and AT&T won't unlock it because the device is not paid off by the previous owner back Market should have tested the device before selling it, and I'm all the way in Jamaica and I can't send it back, and I don't know of anyone who is traveling back to America, so I could send it with them and if I should send it with a shipping company it's going to cost 4 arms and 9 legs to send it back now it looks like I'm stuck with an iPhone that will never be unlocked😡😡😡
