    My daughter had an iphone 10 that was on its last leg! I really wanted to get her a new phone but really couldn’t afford it! My other daughter found out about Back Market from a co worker who has bought several iphones from Back Market for her family and she’s always been happy and has never had any problems! I was able to get my daughter an iphone 12 pro max in excellent condition from Back Market! She was so happy and excited and thankful she started crying! She’s having a tough time financially and has an almost two year old, so buying a new phone was not a possibility for her! I love that not only are you able to keep things out of the landfill but helping save materials from being mined. I know it’s a rain drop in an ocean of electronics but if everyone would change the mindset of always needing the “latest and greatest” it could make a huge difference!! I also feel more secure knowing that it also comes with a one year warranty! I will definitely be telling anyone I know that they need to use Back Market for their electronic and tech needs!!     Generally switching from my Pixel 6a to my Pixel 7 went well, except for one problem. I could not get the SIM card to work. There didn't seem to be a way to contact Back Market, so I called my mobile service provider. They were able to help me by explaining that the new phone had to be turned off before inserting the SIM card. The instructions from you didn't mention that. So please add that instruction for future users. It was very frustrating to go through every step and not be able to connect to my mobile network. Such a simple thing--please include that instruction.
