    In general, Back Market has been great for us. This time there was a teeny bit of confusion, however. I got a call from a Back Market rep asking me to confirm our address, as apparently the seller wanted that confirmation. I was a tad suspicious as there’s been an increase in scam activity lately, but I went ahead and confirmed my address anyway. Then I got some emails asking me to rate Back Market support as I’d requested assistance (which I hadn’t)… So, I have some concern that, like probably most companies, Back Market is starting to rely on AI or other automation a bit too much, and is moving away from less efficient but more personable common-sense customer interaction…which would be unfortunate.

    Excellent condition. Been using the phone for about 2 weeks and it operates like a brand new phone. Battery life as good as you'd expect a new phone to have, I only have to charge it every other day. The telescopic lens is incredible too. Why buy a brand new $1000+ phone when you can just wait a little bit and buy it for $200-$300 in 2 years
