    This was much better than I expected. I purchased the "fair" version. I was a bit scared of the condition it would be in. I was blown away. This phone came with 100% battery function, one small scuff on the side, and incredibly well packaged. This was such a good experience and the seller did an incredible job.

    At the condition (good) I purchased, I expected no scratches on the screen. However, there was a very small scratch in the top right quadrant of the screen when it arrived. It's not enough for me to want to return or even go through the shipping it back for repair process. I'd prefer just a small debit back to me since it wasn't the condition I thought I was purchasing.

    yall I was skeptical of getting a refurbished phone. This phone is incredible, it was graded as fair but there's not a single dent or scratch on it!!! The battery life is good not great but honestly for the price I can work with it. When this phone needs to get replaced I will definitely be coming back!!

    I am very happy with my new phone, however my old phone I bought at Walmart, a refurbished moto g pure, and it still had someone's name in it as still having access to the phone, I occasionally got messages from Google asking me if I had just tried to log in , in Dallas, TX, at first I said no it wasn't me, but they put me through the ringer on proving my identity and then after a few new passwords were created in would just say yes it was me, just to avoid all of the stuff I needed to do. so imagine my surprise his name is in this phone as well. I used a c to c cable to transfer my info to the new phone, did I bring him with me? I don't recall using a sim card or not the one from my moto phone. other than that it's telling me that I have malaware and viruses infecting my phone now. I have AVG CLEANING APP, VPN PRITECTION AND INSTALL gaurdio and it well they both say everything is fine, I have so many spam messages and emails I can't l getl through them all. can you help me?
