    There’s a little chip at the top right corner, I wish there was a charger included and it moves a little slow, it also takes forever to charge especially considering it’s supposed to be refurbished but overall i’m happy.

    The phone in itself works good, didn’t have any problem turning it on or switching my data from my other phone to this one. However, upon getting the package it was very difficult and kind of messy to open because they glued the box inside to the packaging. Once I got the phone out the cameras on the outside were very dirty and so was the inside of the charging port, which I thought might be the reason the phone wasn’t charging since the charger wouldn’t fit all the way into the port and kept coming loose; it was actually just the charger itself, very cheap and apparently not the right size, since the one I got from Walmart just now is working perfectly fine. There is also a little scratch to the middle left side of the screen that’s a little annoying to see, but I did get the ‘Good’ quality option so you get what you pay for in that regard. However, if I’m paying over $700 for a phone, I would expect it to come clean and with a charger that works. Like I said though, the phone in itself is working fine so far and that is the most important part.

    Wanna start off with the fact that I got really great help from a customer service rep. BUT I ordered a phone in excellent condition, received the wrong model and and it had huge scratches on the camera lens as well what looked like a piece of super glue or something that would not come off. The camera worked but I would not consider that excellent. The most frustrating part is that nowadays having a phone is often a necessity now while I wait to receive a new one I am stuck after already waiting almost a week for the first one. The only thing they are allowed to offer is 5% off which I get more off with the student discount. That being said if you are even getting to read this beware the process is not as seamless or refined as they market it to be. In my opinion there is no reason to choose this seller over other sellers of refurbished phones which I have used with no issue in the past. Below average experience.

    This phone is clearly a lemon. I understand it fits within the battery range, an excellent phone condition should not arrive with 83% battery health. In addition, the charging port does not work. Or I should say is extremely selective to how you placed the cord in. For as much money as this phone is, it is being returned immediately.
