    The phone was delivered with three small scratches on the screen, which is not appropriate for the "Good" condition it was listed in. I have since returned it and have been waiting for three days since the item has been received for the seller (Recell) to "inspect" the phone before I find out if I can get a replacement or a refund. Not too impressed so far. Seller can still turn my opinion around - but the window is closing fast.
