    We ordered two iPhone 8 from two different sellers. This one was supposed to be in "excellent" state and the other was "good". This iPhone arrived with less than 80% battery capacity and various warnings about battery health on screen, scuff marks all around the body that were hidden with paint, and a white spot on the screen. The other iPhone, which was only "good", was like new. This seller is not honest, and I am not going to recommend backmarcket to anyone if we cannot trust their sellers and the product condition.

    My last phone, an iPhone 8, was on its last leg. It had to be charged from a certain angle and would randomly shut down and restart, among other issues I had with it. I decided "enough is enough" and went to search for a new phone and was recommended to go to Black Market to make a purchase. So, I did and I found this listing! It was only a phone-up but I figured anything would be better than my iPhone 8. So when I made the purchase, selected "Good" and paid, I had high expectations. The phone worked fine at first but now, it has everything in common with my iPhone 8 except it doesn't need a specific angle to charge at. The iPhone X randomly restarts when I am only using my phone - not anything heavy - usually just social media apps. I don't have a lot of windows open, so I'm not overloading it, it just restarts without warning. That, and 7/10 I go to open my phone, it won't open for about 10s and is generally slow about everything else. That, and the charger came broken in the pack, so I had to buy another one. I should've had my charging port on my old phone repaired instead of wasting money to get a phone with the same issues. This was a very disappointing purchase and I strongly recommend against it.

    I received the phone last week and it seems to have a microphone problem. No one can hear me when I'm on a phone-call. I tried contacting the company that refurbished the phone by email and phone several times using the warranty number with no response. I have tried contacting Back Market about the issue, I cannot find any contact information on the website (phone or email). The website will not let me login or create a login to my account which is where the site tells me to go to take care of issues or even to send it back. Is this a scam?! So far I am extremely dissatisfied with this service.
