Not bad at all. As a refurbished phone do not expect perfection. Mine functions perfect not slow exact same as the new one would. I would know because I had bought the one I had brand new. The only thing that was wrong with this phone was the fingerprint sensor was a little worn and the screen had some discoloration. Not sure if a kid had it and played pokemon non stop who knows. But its barely noticeable. I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. Cheap and decent quality!

Back market is the place to go for your refurbished devices,I'm actually writing this with the device...the appearance is satisfactory no defects or scratches...I ordered the Excellent option, delivery time is quick,really quick. All in all I am Happy that i got my money's worth! Back market rock's!!!!!!!

Device in great condition, however was locked to Verizon (luckily the carrier we had, but misleading) as well as having a great deal of bloat applications pre-installed, led me to factory resetting the device before setting things up

Awesome phone, love the Samsung Galaxy s9. Shipping was fast and the phone was well packaged. Back Market is on top of their game, shipment notifications, customer service and the quality of the devices...just excellent!! Will use again for next phone purchase.

Delivery was as promised. Price was good. Quality of product is poor. I paid extra for good quality but received the device with some scratches on the screen and one deeper scratch on the bottom left hand side of screen. this is very dissapointing as I do not care if the phone case, back or sides are scratched as long as the screen is clean and the charging port works well. I have received better quality devices in the past and they were rated fair condition. I guess trying to get good condition was a mistake.

Real human here, had a real emergency when my phone & laptop went down. A few days later I had a brand new to me phone @a reasonable price. & we're back in action. Quite pleased with my purchase & I will recommend & purchase more from Backmarket. Thank you.
