    At the ending of last month my phone started “ghost touching” and it’s gotten way worse ever since. I have not cracked the screen and I’ve deleted a lot of apps yet it still continues. Is there a way I could send it back or something to get fixed?

    Being older makes me like change less, but I can adapt slowly. My new to me iPhone8+ is ok. It has a noticeable "click" feel when I press the "home" button. None of my older i products do this. Not even my 2012 ipad mini which is obsolete. I don't really know if this "click" is a defect and it is not loud. But I do notice it every time I press the button. This phone is less portable in my bra when I shop or go walk on a track because it is so big. I had no problems with my old iphone 5 but this too I can live with. Thank you.

    I am actually pretty happy with the phone but I expected it to be in a better condition. There are several scratches on the screen and the back camera also has a scratch. The phone I bought on this website 2 years ago was in a better condition which is why I am not sure if I would buy another phone from back market.

    I have previously bought refurbished products both here (3 iPhones and a MacBook Air) and on eBay (6 iPhones) with very good outcomes and very good product experiences. Hence my disappointment for the second straight time here on BackMarket with this purchase. When I removed this phone from the package, I found a phone that looked like it had been hastily removed from its case, packaged and shipped. This is entirely plausible since there were dried, slightly raised smudges of something (on both sides) I am not trying to identify along with other random smudges which wiped away easily. There was even the presence of a dirt oval ring around the camera area which is present when a phone's case has been removed after a considerable time. However, the dried on unidentified matter is a bridge too far for me even as someone who acknowledges the adventure that purchasing refurbished tech poses in an environment where everyone sees a chance to make money. Bear in mind, this purchase was shipped second day delivery despite the fact that I opted for 5/6 day free delivery. Who does that when they are trying to make money on a sale? Was he hoping I was visually impaired and would not notice an unclean device had been shipped? Ironically and in my opinion, another sign that this seller did not undertake this transaction with good faith or interest in anything other than his bank account). This phone also had a the phone number most likely of the previous owner or the last person who bought and returned it. The Phonecheck feature was also and recently used prompting me to have an Apple Support check done on the phone. The long and short of it is that the phone suffers from multiple crashes and has performance issues that can only be solved by paying for a battery replacement which based on the battery testing at 83% will mean ponying up another $50+. This pushed me from simply disappointed to absolutely furious about the experience. They could not even bother to package it like they were serious about making a good impression, The bubble wrap was bulging in such excess that the box had to be taped in a manner that gave the impression that it was the wrong box for the product and its packaging. This is not how you impress a customer. This is how you run them away. This seller betrays what has been good about the BackMarket experience. This is truly maddening and disappointing.
