    Picture was good but screen wouldn’t register touch and ended up going to emergency SOS. Calling authorities and emergency contacts. I was not able to make it stop. Had to contact apple to reset the phone. Then the bottom half of the screen picture is messed up now.

    Hi Black Market, I received this iPhone XS MAX ok, but it was LATE, however, that is not the BIG PROBLEM with this phone. I was VERY SURPRISED when took this iPhone into my local APPLE STORE on an actual APPOINTMENT, and they informed me upon doing a full CHECK of this phone that it had: 1) MISSING "LIQUID DAMAGE INDICATORS" 2) A "3rd PARTY" REPLACEMENT SCREEN, which had a SLOW RESPONSE RESPOND TIME. 3) APPLE = WOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS DEVICE as a TRADE-IN due to these issues. 4) So, they SUGGESTED I try to do a Trade-In at T-Mobile instead, but they wouldn't accept this iPhone either as a valid Trade-In. ******* THUS: I bought this iPhone to use as a TRADE-IN, and neither APPLE, nor T-Mobile would accept it. The T-Mobile program, "UPGRADE FOREVER" promotion, where if i Traded-in an iPhone XS-MAX or better, I'd get to subcribe for their UPGRADE EVERY 2-YEARS program, and get a NEW iPHONE 13 with this iPhone XS-MAX as the Trade-in with a CREDIT for $800.- A CRITICAL "BUT": The iPHONE YOU SENT ME is MISSING the "LIQUID DAMAGE INDICATORS" which Apple installs in their iPhones when manufactured. If the "Liquid Damage Indicators" are MISSING, then neither T-Mobile nor Verizon nor ATT will accept the device as a valid trade-in for that $800.- Credit. ALSO: The iPhone XS-MAX you sent me had a REPLACED 3rd PARTY SCREEN, which has a SLOWER and LONGER LAG TIME using FINGER INPUTS, thus this ALSO VOIDED the acceptance of this iPhone as a valid Trade-in device towards an upgrade program. IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING for you, the ReFurbisher to Claim an iPhone is in "GOOD" or "REFURBISHED" condition if it has had the screen replaced with an AFTER-MARKET slow responding screen, and/or the NEEDED and REQUIRED "LDI" (Liquid Damage Indicators") are either MISSING or have TURNED RED due to exposure to MOISTURE... A cell phone that has had those LDI removed are simply trying to hide the fact that the phone has been either DROPPED into the TOILET or something similar, and thus the phone SHOULD NOT be sold as in "GOOD" or "REFURBISHED" condition. THE UPSHOT: The ONLY reason i purchased this iPhone XS-MAX was to use it as a valid TRADE-IN at T-Mobile so I could enrole into their UPDRADE FOREVER program, and get a new iPhone 13 at a price reduced by $800.-... But due to the missing LDI moisture indicators and 3rd party replaced slow responding SCREEN, this device is WORTHLESS to me. PLEASE SEND ME A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL TO THE ACTUAL "SHIPPED-TO" address you sent me the iPhone to, which is; xxxxxxxxxxx

    Overall good. The S10 phone I got is snappy and works fine so far. Two things though: 1. While there were not many (2 small), I would still expect fewer scratches if the screen condition was described as "Screen: Excellent condition. No scratches." 2. Maybe it is just me but, while the face recognition on S10 is awesome, the fingerprint reader is rather poor. I rarely get a match on the first time.

    I bought 2 galaxy s 10e machines. both were mint and worked well. The black machine charged up in 21 minutes at a 90% level. The blue machine took 51 minutes to fully charge at the same level. Either the machines are different or there is a difference in the chargers. The black machine came with a black samsung charger. The blue machine came with a white charger. When I plug in the black machine it says. rapid charger. When I plug in the blue machine it says slow charger.

    My supposedly mint condition iPhone XS Max came in great condition for the most part. It had very slight small scratches that you can only see if you shine light on it. I personally don't mind, but if you care about that sort of thing then I would be mindful of that. The only problem with the phone that I have is the battery health was at 90% right when I received it. This is kind of annoying because I’ll have to spend a decent chunk of money in the near future to replace the battery. It also came with a defective charger, but the seller sent me a new one when I reached out. Other than that, the phone works perfectly!(for now)
