Galaxy S10e 128GB - Blue - Locked T-Mobile

Backmarket Is my go to for refurbished items. I purchased the s10e and it came in perfect condition. I ultimately returned the phone because I didn't like it.They made the process fast and easy! I will definitely order again!

Always been a flip phone guy but decided to make the change to a smart phone. Couldn't justify $800 or $1000 though. So I went back to Back Market where I had purchased an iPad for my wife. The phone is perfect. A phone, a case and screen protector all for under $200. Once I placed my order with Back Market, delivery was quick and the phone was packaged securely. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S10e model is a few years old it is a great performing phone with every feature you could want.

The phone looked pristine, but it wouldn't even recognize the charging cord sent with it, the battery gets hot, and it will not recognize or only slow charges with every cord/block I own (that worked just fine with my previous phone). It will be returned, leaving me without a phone while I try again.

I was sent the wrong phone, so the case and screen protector I purchased with the phone are useless. Oh and let's not forget the warranty I bought is void do to it being the wrong phone. But here's the real rub, the S20fe they sent me instead has jacked up screen. The screen turns black often and randomly, or often it just turns completely green. Horrible experience. Done with Back Market.

This phone is lovely! It was listed as excellent and certainly lived up to that. Not a scratch that I can see, beautiful screen, and a fairly good battery life. Came within a week and had a functional charger. I would recommend buying from here!

Quick shipping, quality product for ridiculously cheap, easy to understand and find device specs, and i love the choices between fair, good, and excellent. The phone was in good condition when it arrived and though the charger was a surprise, it has worked well for the past couple of weeks.
