    when i got the phone i notice the screen was lifted on the bottom left side and i didn’t think it was that big of a deal if it worked, i turned it on and there’s a green shadow at the bottom of the phone, i ignored this again, then i try and charge my phone after getting so excited that my phone had 100% battery health. i charged this phone for 5 hours and it did not get over 35%. i get on my phone for 5 minutes and it is already at 10. i did not pay for a phone that’s battery doesn’t charge in 5 hours or still goes down while on the charger and won’t hold a charge. i didn’t pay to have to go pay extra on a phone i just bought. i’m not happy.

    I ordered an UNLOCKED GSM phone but was sent a Verizon branded phone that was clearly locked to Verizon, and would not work with my GSM service. This is an inexcusable mistake by the seller. Despite offering apologies, the Seller would not send me another phone until the original phone was sent back, received and inspected...which turned out to be a nearly two week process. I would have been without a phone during that time and had to make a completely different purchase, including having to pay expedited shipping to get a usable phone. The seller offered no compensation for my additional expense and considerable inconvenience of dealing with their mistake.
