    I love my new iPhone XR. The coral color is awesome and the condition was as good as new. The only complaint I have is the battery. It runs down too fast. My old phone, Samsung Galaxy, even being 5 years old still held a charge longer than this iPhone XR. Other than the battery I love it. Everyone from Back Market have been fabulous. This is the second iPhone I have purchased from Back Market and they have been great.

    I was very pleased when I received this iPhone 8. The aesthetic condition was listed as "good", but both the screen and glass back are scratch free. The phone works flawlessly with the exception of the Qi wireless charging which does not work at all. I actually purchased two of these phones at the same time, my wifes phone is the same, beautiful case and screen, Qi charging works really well on her phone. I have contacted the seller and am sending this phone back for replacement. As a multiple time purchaser from BackMarket, I feel that the issue will be resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

    Received my refurb Iphone X 64gb the other day and I am pretty happy with my purchase. There was a little confusion in the beginning as I originally had ordered a Mint phone, but they only had "very good" in stock. But BM offered me a discount and the phone had maybe one small incredibly hard to find blemish. Phone came quickly and was easy to track. Upon unwrapping and checking the settings, it was factory reset and ready to load. A quick battery charge check had the capacity at 85% which for a refurb is good to go for me.     Wow, finally a safe way to buy a used phone at a good price! I think the 30-day guarantee, seller approval system, and quality / condition ratings help make a big difference in my confidence in trying this for the first time. My only minor nit pick is that I didn't know this phone would be a "Verizon" phone with their splash screen upon powering up and have some of their bloatware. Other than that, everything was as described / expected or better from item quality to price to shipping to communication. I will be directing my friends and family to BackMarket in the future. :)

    My husband and I each got the iPhone se from BackMarket and both seem to be in ‘very good’ condition. My husband’s phone has a tiny scratch, I see no blemishes on mine. We haven’t had the phones long enough to give them a good work-out but so far so good. My phone came with a charger but we ended up buying ones that had a little higher amp. If the phones continue to perform as well as they do now, we will definitely use BackMarket again.
