    I am a little disappointed because I was under the impression that the phone would be in better condition than when I received it, I understand that this is a refurbished phone but there’s all types of scrapes and dents on each corner there’s a slight crack in the screen to the right and the touch seems a little off sometimes I have to hit a buttin like five times before it actually takes. I went with backmarket after I had found a phone on offer up for about $20 more than what you were offering. I have already given my previous phone to a family member so I don’t want to return this one because I will be without a phone until I’m able to get a new one. But I honestly would have rather spent the additional $20 to get a phone in better condition because honestly it’s a little things that matter sometimes I’m trying to type a sentence and it’s extremely frustrating because certain buttons I have to press more than once. Like the screen was may be broken and had been replaced now The touch is a little off. But that wouldn’t make sense because the current screen is cracked unless that may be happened during the transit to me however I am pretty disappointed. ALSO it’s clearly listed under T-Mobile however the phone was locked to sprint but since they’re partnered now I was able to get it cleared away but I had to give up three hours of my day. Which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient for me. It took them three hours and 23 minutes to be exact to get it taken care of so that I can get the phone turned on under T-Mobile which I already have an account with. I never would’ve bought it if you guys would have mentioned it was listed under Sprint. I try to avoid conveniences like that.

    I phone came quick, no issues, looks good as new, battery percentage was at 80%. I am satisfied with my purchase. A++++. After using my phone for six months. I updated it to the latest software and suddenly, while using the phone today 08/22/2021 it started to dim and then I saw some rainbow like colors on the screen. The screen turned black. I am still within the warranty and contacted back market so I could fix it. I will give an update soon.

    This evaluation is both good and bad. The bad, first: phone came, on time, in stated cosmetic condition but didn’t work properly. Should have been tested BEFORE being sent. However, I complained, sent it back (free), got it back in a timely manner and it works fine. So, customer service works. I am aware that sometimes problems slip through the net of inspections. I am satisfied that these folks stand behind their product.

    At first it was good, but within 10 months the battery started not being able to hold a charge very well. I have taken immaculate care of the phone, never dropped it or damaged it. Right as the year warranty ended the battery started to expand and pushed out the screen and is breaking the phone. I cant help but think they only fix the phones well enough to last a little bit outside the warranty and then it just breaks. I will never buy from this website or seller again. Buyers beware! This product will not last more than a year, and then you will be stuck buying another phone. Spend the extra to buy something else that will last a few years instead of this. The phone was find while it did work though. It just sucks that I wasted my money on this. BUY ELSEWARE!!!

    Shipping was fast! Arrived a day before so I got a surprise! Phone came out the box looking wonderful. I ordered in excellent/very good condition. Battery health was at 87%. Front camera was great until today when I notice a weird black spot popping up ! However, the front facing camera, when I took a picture of myself, it had a yellowish tint to the picture and was a little blurry. The sound and buttons all work. Display quality is amazing! No scratches on the sides. Would've gave 5 stars if it weren't for the front facing or back camera. But overall, great quality phone for the price! Update: Kevin was extremly helpful with the repairing process. I will update more as time goes on. Update: I dropped my phone and the back shattered. Before this, I sent my phone back to to seller and they fixed the front camera. However, when I dropped my phone, I decided to go to a different shop and have them fix it and when they did, they discovered that the screen was glued using superglue. I'm starting to believe that the seller glued the screen with superglue. Due to this, I do not recommend purchasing from this seller as the option I chose was very good and received a poor phone.

    the seller listed the phone as “unlocked” and it wasn’t the truth. i couldn’t utilize the phone on my existing carrier. the phone itself is in nice condition but i find it very upsetting and a big waste of time receiving a mislabeled product. you need to know if the phone is truly unlocked for any carrier if you’re going to advertise as so.
