    Hello, let’s just say I was at first hesitant about the phone wether it would be in a good condition or not but surprisingly It was in a perfect condition! No scratches or anything! Phone looks brand new itself! I got my package right on time ! The only thing I wasn’t please with is that the phone was supposed to be unlocked to any carrier but sadly it’s not unlocked I had to switch to T-Mobile from boost not that it was a problem but I just wished I didn’t have to do that . Overall everything is amazing , I am highly pleased with my new phone 🥰🥰

    I am VERY pleased with my new iPhone XS 64GB - silver unlocked phone. Backmarket kept me posted. The Only thing I am very upset about is I Paid an extra $40.00 to have the phone within 2 business days because I was going out of town. It took 3 business days to get to my house! I call FedEx for a refund of my $40.00. The FedEx lady said backmarket has to request the money from them for me! I would not use or pay for FedEx again!!!!

    It would be really great if BackMarket could find a way to provide the IMEI number on these phones BEFORE purchase. That's the only way your carrier's compatibility checking page can determine whether the phone will work on their network. Without that, you have to buy the phone, begin the setup/config process, navigate to the IMEI on the phone and plug the number into your carrier's "bring your own device" compatibility checking page. And if it won't work, send it back, costing everyone time and money. Mine worked, luckily, so I'm happy. Delivery was terrific.

    I can't really complain about anything. The phone was a bit rougher than I expected (paint off of the corners), but as it's going in a case...the only thing I cared about was that the screen and camera were clean. They were. Selecting a phone for my carrier was easy, plenty of options, the phone came quickly and worked, took all of 10 minutes to get MetroPCS to get it activated on my account... This was for my wife's phone. After this experience? I'm getting one for me in a week or two.

    Yes, disappointed but not yet disapointed in Back Market. This is my first "smartphone" an iphone SE202 after 20 years of dependable flip phone use. Long story short, after finally getting the phone up and running, volume in earpiece speaker is so low that voice of person I'm talking to is barely audible and inaudible in a space with ANY ambient noise. Speakerphone volume is fine. In my life, the most important job of a phone is to trasmit and receive phone calls! My wife has an older 1st generation SE. Her ear speaker volume is excellent and her response after some experimentation in calling each other/trading phone's etc. is "there's something very wrong here." We've gone through all of the various "settings" protocols to try and find a reason for this problem. We've searched the web for answers and tried a few other settings "tricks" but result is still the same. I've initiated a conversation with the seller and am waiting for contact, hoping for a rapid resolution as this is my only phone and also my business phone. This is supposed to be a "refurbished" phone but it appears something very important was over-looked.
