    DO NOT USE BACK MARKET. I needed this laptop for school and of COURSE I was sent a laptop that is still registered to another company, meaning I can't even finish setting it up. Nobody will tell me HOW this happened which leads me to believe it's a stolen laptop??? I paid for an "excellent condition" machine and was sent a laptop with three very visible scratches on the mouse pad, and I can't even use it. Customer service is garbage, I'm going back and forth with them and the seller at the same time, and I keep getting different answers and "solutions". THERE ISN'T EVEN A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR SITE, so I am at the mercy of 1 business day response times to messages that I needed resolved LAST WEEK. At this point I just want my money back. I'm absolutely livid. Never, ever again.

    I will never buy from here again. First off the computer didn’t come with an operating system so I was stuck in a boot loop for the whole day until my IT boyfriend came home and had to do a lot of things with BIOS, it came two days late and on top of that I paid 319.00 and now it’s here on sale for 200. Between the Christmas price gouging and quite literally not being able to use it until it gets fixed. This order was a mess.

    First time using BackMarket. The seller sent me a different laptop from what I ordered. I sent back the laptop and requested an exchange for the one that I actually ordered and received a refund instead. BackMarket support was helpful and responsive which I appreciated, but I’m really disappointed I couldn’t get the laptop that was listed by the seller.

    When I received this order, it was dirty with scratches and the MacBook doesn’t open smoothly like it should. This should not have been the case if it was supposed to be in excellent condition. I’m quite unsatisfied as it was a gift for someone but the person didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it.

    I am returning as there are issues with this laptop: the screen dims and the lights on the bottom stop working. issues with the track pad as well. the laptop also seems to lag. My old 2014 macbook with full memory seems to function better than this one. this isn't a functional issue but the laptop came dirty with very sticky residue on the inside (like jelly or something similar) and left over sticker residue on the outside, so it wasn't even wiped down, unacceptable.
