    This was a gift for my wife and she has been very happy with it. It was a challenge learning how to get the phone to unmute by using obscure master-volume buttons on the side of the phone, and also getting the blue tooth to work with a Windows computer by using the receive file function on the computer. As we better learn to operate it, we dervive greater satisfaction from its functionality. It is a well made product that is well worth the learning curve effort.

    In all honestly I felt that for the price, I received a phone with more scratches than I thought I would’ve gotten for an “excellent” condition. I think the person who owned it rarely put a case on it because the issues were mainly around the phones edges and charging port. Which were very noticeable, the screen as well came with scratches on the top right screen corner so perhaps no screen protector used either. To my advantage with a phone case on you can’t notice the all around scratches but as said in the beginning for the price I expected a bit more new. Otherwise the way they handle and how the website it set up makes an easy transaction for your next phone :)

    When I received it the battery was at 90% compacity . Thought it would be at 100 but I guess not. The screen was also somewhat scratched on the top and bottom. Other than that though, it’s a good phone.

    I am happy with the purchase but to be honest, I was expecting a bit more from an "Excellent condition" Battery health was 94%, in less than 2 weeks it showed 92%. If keeps dropping at this speed I will have to change the battery soon. There are some minor scratches around the lenses, but the body and the screen look pretty good. The shipping process wasn't good at all. I paid for FedEx fast delivery, but the seller decided to change it to UPS Saver delivery, and when I wanted to cancel the shipping and find a better alternative, customer service said it was too late to cancel and the phone was already shipped (when I could see in my updates the phone won't be shipped until Monday, this was previous Thursday.) The communication with customer service was quick and successful, thank you Ivan for your help. In general, I would recommend it, but next time I will probably buy a "Good" condition and spend the money saved on changing the battery for a new one. Also I am very happy buying second hand products just for an enviromental reason.

    Ordered the phone in “EXCELLENT CONDITION”. The battery came with 82%, the phone get hot while charging but that’s probably because its old and also the microphone sounds like it had water damage or something covering it. I contacted the company and they havent sent a message back, its been like 2 days.

I figured given the condition of my iPhone 6 I was currently using this new phone had to be an improvement no matter what.
