    Just got it so haven’t really put it to the test but I’m so happy! You’d almost swear it has never been used! It’s lovely, clean, no visible signs of wear that I can see and powered up quite happily! Bought it to write and format my children’s picture book. Even gave my little Dell a name.     Can't tell it's refurbished from the outside at all. But something I noticed is that for some reason the @ key and the " are swapped for some reason? It's not a deal breaker though because it does everything I need it to while also only being $200 though be careful for this sort of thing if you use it for work or writing a lot of papers

    I had limited expectations for a laptop listed in “Fair” condition, and I was fine with that since this machine will mainly be used for streaming video and capturing audio. But it actually arrived in excellent shape and looked much better than expected. Performance so far has been fantastic. It’s not often you find a laptop at this price point with 32GB of RAM. The SSD is on the smaller side, but that’s an easy upgrade. Packaging was also very good. The laptop arrived in a bubble-wrapped sleeve with additional padding inside the box. The delivery driver could have thrown it on my roof and it probably would have been fine. Overall, my experience has been very positive and I would definitely recommend Iron Mountain for a refurbished laptop
