    I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max in excellent condition and it was unusable. During phone calls the microphone would cut in and out and when it would pick up the sound quality was terrible. The screen would also randomly blackout and take hours for it to turn back on. I have purchased phones from Back Market before without any issues. Unfortunately this phone was unacceptable. I am working on receiving a refund from the seller.
