because it was formerly an ATT phone it was more difficult to set up and transfer to Verison. It still has some glitches because it seems it was ATT first. I cant get the ATT off of it. But otherwise I really like the phone.

Device is flawless as described and works like a charm. Had some issues on my carrier's end but it was not the phone nor back market's fault. everything is good now.

Purchased a phone a couple of days ago and it arrived today. However, I received the wrong model and color of the ordered item. I received a Motorola Razr 2024 (Koala Grey) instead of a Motorola Razr+ 2024 (Peach Fuzz). Really disappointed, was looking forward to a new (to me) phone. I just requested a refund, submitted pictures, and will be shipping the received item back ASAP (this process has been going smoothly so far). Although this seems like an awesome platform, this experience really makes me not want to try this kind of service again. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone. This is as difficult to use as the Google Pixel 10. Many of my android apps do not work on it and are blocked by Google Protect. Protect my Aunt Fanny! I have three or four critical apps that cannot be used on either pixel 10 or razr+ for no known reason except Google's massive monopoly over app control. They have adopted the "Apple" eliminating customers model. Apps, like the settings app, keep disappearing overnight.

I used the geex seller twice with them advertising the Motorola+2024 orange they sent me a sand tan 2024 razer none plus model and before that the seller the geex advertised a Blue razer+ and sent me a gray 2024 none plus model,which has been a hassle trying to get a gift for my son's birthday and then requesting my money back having to wait it's not right when they advertise a model and send another first Time maybe a mistake but second time I feel like they did it in hopes the person would give up and just accept what they receive not me! I work hard for what I want , but back market is a awesome platform!

I absolutely loved this phone but sadly got sent a base model and not the plus so I had to send it back. Other than that it was in GREAT condition.
