    There needs to be a more extensive look at laptops.Such as leave it running for an hour and checking all drivers to make sure everything is working. The problem with the laptop I bought is a problem that started in April which is way before I bought it. So the seller knew that it wasn’t a workable computer

    While the customer service was quite pleasant (thank you Luis), I received my product dirty which was quite upsetting. It works just fine, but I should not have to clean the product before I used it especially as it was marked to be in good condition. When I brought this up, the seller offered to give a 5% discount on my next order, which as I brought up to the customer service representative, was quite silly, as if I already had a problem with receiving my product, I would not buy again, especially so soon.
