    it came in looking good, runs fine. it's a little slow but I expected that with it being an older model but not crazy slow thankfully :). it's awesome so far I just started using it, the charger it came with was a lil janky but it works 😂 that's all that matters. I love back market I've gotten multiple phones and a DS from them, this is the first laptop I've gotten I'm waiting on one more for my husband so we shall see :))))) so far they've been great no complaints, everything I've gotten has lasted a long while and came in looking almost brand new.

    macbook arrived with a few scuffs and some sticker residue but it easily came off using a bit of rubbing alcohol. no scratches or cracks, basically looks brand new. been using my macbook for 2 weeks and no issues so far! touch bar works great too! my only issue has been updating the mac since it’s an older model but that’s not backmarkets fault. 5/5 stars

    it is so good i wanna give u a 10 but that’s impossible so i give you a 1000!     My main problem is with the seller. The product was listed as a 2015 Macbook Pro in Good condition. What I received was neither in good condition, nor was it a 2015 Macbook. It was, in fact, a 2011 Macbook. When I returned it and asked for what I actually ordered, the seller replied with the fact that they don't have any 2015s in stock and offered a 2014 instead. This tells me that it wasn't an honest mistake, but a deliberate attempt to send me what I didn't order instead of telling me they couldn't fulfill it. I'm sure some customers have been taken in by this. BackMarket handled this well and I received a refund. My only advice to them would be to ban sellers who send lesser quality items to purchasers.
