    Over all it was good. Had a minor issue when using the built in display port ports vs the T1000. The issue was the system not not coming out of suspend. Second issue not yet resolved is I have not been able to connect any Bluetooth devices. Not sure the issue yet but it is not working. Have not completed checking the bios or any connections there may be to an antenna. Have not contacted support.

    The iPad screen shattered two days after receiving it. Not from dropping it. All I did was set it on the counter. Since your warranty did not include fixing the screen for free, I had to bring it elsewhere. I need this iPad for work and your customer service team said I needed to send it in to evaluate it and see if I could even get a refund. I could not be without it for that long. Overall not a good experience!

    Computer works for writing, which is the reason I bought it so I’m satisfied in that regard, but if you try to do anything that requires slightly more power, like watching videos, the fan starts going really loud. Also the charger they sent with it did not work so I had to spend another $20 on a new one.

    These keyboards feel great, glad I've got one again. Unfortunately they don't seem very durable.....this is my 3rd one. I bought a cheap logitech, which is prolly bombproof but hated the feel. Constantly made typos. seems like the key spacing is a bit different. The apple one are also cool looking, at least as keyboard can be!

    THIS LAPTOP IS AMAZINGGGGG, It’s literally a MacBook but better. I got it in fine condition so it did have a couple small barely noticeable scratches and dents, but that didn’t take away from it’s performance. All keys work! I’d definitely suggest this to other students like me.
