Surface book 2 had “rust” style stains in the folds of the bend where screen meet base. Scratch on outside of that same part. There was a silver “metallic” skin on the laptop so I don’t truly know what it’s like under BUT BIG BUT it is in very good condition! Fast delivery. I was so afraid like many of you will be… I am a real person, not paid and purchased this for my father’s bday. He is estatic! Happy 69th pops!

This computer is awesome, I am happy with the price and the quality. It only had one small scratch works perfectly fine. Only issue I had is that the charger gets hot after charging my computer. I wish they would send the original Microsoft charger with the computer.

So far, so good. everything works great and it looks like new.

This was my first time buying a refurbished product and I will admit I am going to find it hard to ever buy brand new again. The computer has worked like a charm, I had an issue with the included pen and the seller IMMEDIATELY sent out a new one! Everyone I have dealt with on this site has been an absolute joy to work with.

I received my surface book 2 and i had to wipe it because it was never wipes and then I could not charge because the usb c cable would not go in all the way so now i have a laptop for 2 days that is dead and cannotbuse. I have called and emailed to no avail.. I hope no one ever uses the company because they are poor communicators..i will be filing a reporr with the ftc attorney general and better business bureau to get my money back and return the defective latop..
