    I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent purchase experience. I had eagerly anticipated the arrival of my Galaxy Buds, which I had specifically ordered. However, to my dismay, the package I received contained a different product altogether—I was sent the Buds Live instead. This mix-up has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I had chosen the Galaxy Buds for their unique features and design, and I was looking forward to enjoying their exceptional sound quality and comfort. The Buds Live, although a decent product in their own right, do not meet my expectations or fulfill the purpose for which I initially made the purchase. As a customer, I had entrusted the seller with my hard-earned money and expected to receive the exact item I had ordered. Discovering that I received an incorrect product has not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my plans and wasted my valuable time. I kindly request that the necessary measures be taken to rectify this issue promptly. I would greatly appreciate it if the correct pair of Galaxy Buds could be sent to me as soon as possible.     The service from Back Market was outstanding. First, the immediate response to almost all inquiries was impressive to say the least. In doing so they did it with professionalism and sometimes humor. Certainly a much different company from anything I have every experienced. There was no negativity. No lies (none that I have seen in any case). All Customer Service was spot on. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Back Market but rather the seller of the case I had to buy for it. The advertised it as Genuine Leather when in fact it was plastic. In addition the seller of the phone did not send a charger costing me in excess of $25 to have to purchase one from out of pocket from Best Buy. Neither of these issues reflect on BM but rather the sellers. Still haven't seen a charger or refund for it nor so from the seller of the case. So my satisfaction lies with BM and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Will certainly look forward to working with them in the future.
