    I paid for express shipping and order arrived 3-5 days after the quoted date. Order arrived with a charging cord for an old iPhone, I purchased a pixel, so there is no way to transfer over my data saved on my old phone. I can't use this phone until I go buy a different cord. This is my second and last attempt to purchase a phone from backmarket. The first phone was damaged and barely worked, i.e. dropping calls extremely poor reception in areas I had great reception before. •slow shipping •poor quality •incompatible accessories

    Seller provided a phone with a rattling loose component. I sent it back for repair and they didn't address the issue. 3.5 weeks after I paid my money, I don't have a phone and I'm waiting another week for the phone to be shipped. Still don't know if it will be fixed at the end of it. This is embarrassingly bad customer service, or it should be.

    I ordered this unlocked phone and it’s been nothing but a hassle to try and get it actually unlocked by the seller. I’m having to return it because they haven’t followed through getting it unlocked. Also, it did not come with a sim tray or the correct charger. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle-don’t order from this seller.

    Where do I even start. Phone was graded as EXCELLENT,but doesn't even qualify to be rated as ACCEPTABLE. To begin with, the phone came with lots of dings than an after-party pinyatta, lots of cosmetic damages noticeabls and can be felt as well. For instance, the screen seems to have been replaced since you can feel the uneven surfaces as you run your finger along the edges of the screen. Battery life is mediocre. Only positive thing is the rate at which seller Shipped the item. All in all, avoid this seller if you're looking to buy a hassle free phone. Also avoid Backmarket Platform since it's evident that they don't do any quality control checks.

    This seller was hard to work with. The phone came on time but it did not turn on. I sent it back with the required photos. The seller sent a photo back of a completely different phone and said they needed me to send the correct one. I finally got in touch with Back market about the situation and within a week the seller had ghosted them as well. Backmarket did refund me my money. So tha kgully the site was able to help.

    It's crazy that you get shipped the wrong product and get.offered a 5% off code that won't cover sales tax. Then, I have to burn my time and gas to go drop it off at a UPS store. My "Excellent" grade phoneI had a screen with a deep 1/2" scratch in the middle of the 1st phone delivered. The 2nd phone was supposed to be unlocked but was an AT&T phone. No offer to compensate anything for the 2nd incorrect phone. Back Market doesn't seem to care the 3rd parties ship the wrong products.
