    I’m so disappointed with this product. I work on the ship and so I just received the package yesterday. The back of the phone is full of scratches visible from far away , the sides are the same. I bought this phone for a friend and I’m ashame to bring this home to him. I’ve never had this experience with Amazon . This the worst mistake I’ve made, I feeling like putting the in the garbage where it belong. Don’t advertise items that are not the way they are , it’s call stealing and that’s how I’m feeling now Robbed

    Visibly, the phone is fine,clean and very minimal scratches but I could not believe that an 'Excellent' condition device could come with a swelling battery and without the rear camera or flashlight functioning at all. It's frankly ridiculous.
