    I bought an 'excellent' condition iPhone 12 128GB unlocked. The screen and phone are in excellent condition. The phone was not secured in the packaging, it was loose and knocking around during shipment. However, I ran the battery analytics and the phone is at 82.7% battery capacity. The cycle count is 744 (which is very high). The maximum FCC capacity was 2925, and the current capacity is 2419. The battery is draining very quickly, even with software updates and turning off many features like location services, etc. I am disappointed that an 'excellent condition' iphone was sold to me this way. I do not recommend the seller.

    This phone is a massive step up from my previous one (Moto G7 play) so I'm glad I got it. Backmarket had a good deal and shipping was smooth and on time. I ordered the phone as excellent but it definitely has some chips and scratches on the edge so I had to order a case for it, which now looks pretty good

    This is my third order from Back Market so I'm very disappointed with this one. My last two phones I bought in "excellent" condition, which looked new. I had absolutely complaints there. I bought this one in "excellent" condition as well but it was absolutely NOT in that. . When I took the phone out of the box the screen was fine. There were light scratches on the bottom of the phone but I know these phone are refurbished so I understand there will be some wear and tear. However when I flipped the phone over to check out the cameras (the main reason I bought this phone. I take MANY pictures outside for social media) the wide lens (1x view, which is standard when taking pictures) has a white speck of something thats smack dab in the middle where the camera lens is. This DOES effect when taking pictures, causing them to be slightly blurry. If I am trying to take a picture of my room, where the sunlight shines its smudgy and does not focus at all. The only action that "solves" this is using .6x or 2x on the camera. I do not know what is stuck between the glass and the camera but it makes my 1x useless. As I said earlier, the other two phones I bought from here were perfect. However it was a different seller. I'm just very disappointed with this and surprised this passed the "inspection" they do before sending the phone out. I will have to pay extra to find someone who can take the glass off and fix it for me, which, really really sucks. This phone is absolutely not in excellent condition which also sucks because as you know, we pay a little more for that. I was really looking forward to using this phone however until I get that fixed it will probably just sit around. Very sad about this one and not happy. :(

    It was very disappointing to pay for a phone in excellent condition and for so many issues to have with the phone, big deep scratches all over the phone and there was problems with the accrual LCD screen itself. I would not be buying from this refurbisher in the future.

    Shipping was pretty fast recieved my galaxy s21 ultra withing 3 days , I ordered the excellent condition screen are in good shape, camera works just fine. Only down fall was that the edging on the phone seen to have been painted as to what was supposed to be black. Have had the phone for a little over two weeks and that paint has completely come off which isn't a big deal for me . Overall the phone works great and have no had no system issues.
