    I had bought a Samsung 22+ from backmarket a few months ago and was very happy with the product so I ordered a Samsung 22 in "Excellent" condition for my son's birthday. However when I received the phone it looked like someone had spray painted the edges to hide scratches and dents. You could still see and definitely feel them along the entire edge of the phone. There was a phone case outline residue on the back of the case that would not come off as well as some kind of white paint or scratches along the side of the camera block. Also there was dust/dirt you could see through a space left at the top between the edge and screen where the screen had been badly replaced. I did not expect a perfect phone but this was definitely NOT in excellent condition.

    I ordered it in excellent condition and got a phone with lots of chips near the camera and multiple defects on the body. It looks like someone tried to paint the body of the phone and got some paint on the back glass as well. The cellular antenna lines also look messed up because of the bad paint job.

    The phone was in excellent condition and I received it very quickly. The phone was supposed to be unlocked but it will not accept an AT&T SIM card. I tried two physical SIM cards and one eSIM at an AT&T store and none will work. I purchased the phone primarily to use for navigation on a motorcycle (by downloading off line maps) and it does work fine for that.
