    I’m sad because I waited a little longer than anticipated for my Magic Mouse to get to me but I was sent the wrong color. As a girl all about aesthetic, I just can’t keep the white one I was sent. I will say I am very shocked to see that it was packaged like a brand spanking new Magic Mouse! Very cool. But yea, now I have to go through the return process and wait even longerrrrr for the right one to arrive.

    I ordered two Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB phones on 2/18/2024. One of them was delivered on 2/21. The charger was for an iPhone and the phone was a model SM-G998W which is the Canadian version of the S21 Ultra and not compatible with my United States carrier. I immediately notified BackMarket to start the return process. I requested a full refund for both phones the same day on 2/21. Juan from BackMarket was very helpful by providing clear instructions and a pre-paid return label with assurance that the refund would occur when the phone was received from the reseller. I dropped off the return at UPS on 2/22. On 2/28 the 2nd phone was delivered despite my request for a full refund on both phones. Juan mentioned that there was a mixup with the reseller and to just file a new return for the second phone. The charger was correct this time, but the phone was the Canadian model again. I filed a return request the same day and dropped it off at UPS on 2/29. I got the refund for the first phone the same day. On 3/7, the 2nd phone was refunded. Overall, the return process was super easy and I was refunded the full amount for both phones. I'm disappointed that after two and a half weeks, I'm back to the beginning. Before these two phones, I had ordered a Samsung S21 and S21+ from BackMarket for each of my sons. The phones were like new and have been running great for a few months. I think I was just unlucky with these two most recent phones and plan to try again, but will likely order one at a time from a different reseller. Unfortunately, I'm not able to submit this review unless I rate the battery, lens, etc, but I couldn't use the phone, so these ratings are meaningless. BackMarket, please allow skipping some of these rating details.

    1st phone was not for correct carrier so I had to return. Paid extra for excellent condition phone but has scratches on screen and body so definitely doesn't meet the condition requirements. Been a frustrating experience as a first time customer. Love the goals of the company, support has been great, everything has been good except the product.

    Phone was functional, but earpiece at top of phone is disgusting. Screen has a little scratch but is mostly clean and isn't too visible. The back glass of the phone, however, has a crack extending nearly entirely from one side of the phone to the other. I paid for EXCELLENT quality, not cracked. I would avoid this seller, as their reviews are lower than any other refurbisher I have yet seen on the site. On top of this, I'm being told that. I do not return the phone ASAP, my warranty will be voided and waived due to damage that the seller knowingly sold the phone with. I cannot be without a phone with the promise of an exchange for a lesser model or a refund (that'll take weeks as I have experience with on backmarket). Reprehensible experience thus far. If either party steps in and makes this right, I will adjust my review accordingly.
