    The seller, Sell Phone Store sent a phone that was not unlocked. The order clearly stated the phone would be unlocked. I reached out to back market for assistance and there was nothing that could be done to fix the issue. I'm very disappointed in Back Market and the sellers they select to use their platform. This is my second phone order in less than two weeks. The first one never had any shipping updates from the seller. Back Market kept telling me they were giving the seller 24hrs to respond. Fast forward a week, and the seller was still not responding. What a disappointed of a company and sellers
