    I bought the phone. The seller locked it for non payment (only found out after reaching out to service provider). And then told me I have no choice but to return it for a refund - which means I’ve paid for it. Will not work with me. If you locked it you can unlock it. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE.

    First time purchase from Back Market. The entire process was painless and I had the phone in just a few days. Came in a small box very well packaged. I absolutely love this phone. I got one in Excellent condition and it definitely was. Absolutely no scratches or signs of any wear on the screen. It originally booted as an ATT branded phone but converted itself to Tmobile when booted with the Tmobile sim card. Everything works on Tmobile. Tmobile Video calling, Wifi Calling, SMS with status notifications, etc.. I previously had a Galaxy S7 and this phone is literally life changing. It is amazingly fast. Most apps start in about 1 second sometimes less. I can now do so many more things. Download speeds on Tmobile 5G are 285 Mbit/sec. Battery life so far is excellent. So far getting over 1 day from charge limited to 85%. Photos are very good, Including close ups. The phone is an absolute joy to use. I paired the phone with a Spigen Rugged Armor case for a nice slim package. My only regret is not getting this phone sooner.
