    This seller and platform is a total scam. The iPhone was not as marketed and completely inoperable. The phone looked fine on the outside, but it was literally unable to perform the most basic items a phone should be able to do (i.e. connect to a cellular network, WiFi network, etc.) and had an unauthorized battery. I even reached out to Apple directly and they couldn’t help. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and the return process was incredibly difficult working with the seller to clarify what had happened. I will never be buying from BackMarket ever again in the future, and will not be recommending this to others. I just ended up buying a new iPhone directly from Apple and will be doing so moving forward. Total waste of time, money, and energy dealing with the seller and BackMarket. Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned.
