    Thought I had a good deal - until I found out the phone had a bad screen. When I sent it back for repair, the seller said they couldn't fix it and refunded the order. Guessing more likely they didn't want to replace the screen at the listing price so they refunded instead. Waited over a week to find that out. What a scam.

    Was a bit nervous about buying. Had some prior bad experience with “refurbished” items, and didn’t know much about this website/company. And, they seem to be a more of a “market,” like eBay, where other sellers can sell their used/refurbished products. But, overall, I am happy with the purchase. Product works as intended, as far as I can tell. Had a little glitch when the wrong power cord was included, but customer service did a great job of fixing that issue, and quickly. So, all in all, I am pleased, would buy from them again, and I give them a positive review. Keep it up.
