    Extremely dissatisfied with our purchase. Reported an issue with the purchased item and was never helped to resolve it. My son attempted to resolve on his own with you when I clearly should have followed up on this. He did as requested with reporting the issue, including sending photos. I believe e response from you in the transcript says he damaged them. He said he wore them four times and they stopped working. I have just been told that he has been using only one AirPod all this time since you would not repair or offer to replace. A couple of days ago at school another student might have stolen these AirPods. If we can get them back I would still like to return these to you and get a refund or replacement. If we cannot get them returned I will need to buy a new pair for him. Either way I think you need to resolve this problem. It will determine if we shop here again. It is my understanding that you have a good reputation or we would not have purchased in the first place. I am looking at this purchase and it says it is warranteed for a year. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    The "good" quality was a little more banged up than I thought it would be. There are some pretty noticeable scratches all over the body of the laptop. The computer itself works well, it did come with a very small chip on the screen but it's easy to miss. In the future I would probably only consider ordering "excellent" quality.
