Incredible! I was slightly hesitant at first as this was my first purchase from BackMarket, but the laptop is in impeccable condition! I carefully inspected it for any signs of wear, and there were absolutely none. I purchased from the Excellent condition category, and there was absolutely nothing on the keyboard, screen, or casing that would have told me it was refurbished.
