    The device showed up perfectly packaged in a box and the device itself was bubble wrapped! There was no wear/blemish marks on the case or screen of the watch it was completely scratch free with a battery health of 100%!     Be aware of that Back Market is the middleman and phones are serviced and delivered by third parties. This was revealed to me only before pressing the buying confirmation button. I decided to take my chance, however. The main reason was becoz of their 30-day return policy and 1-year warranty. It did turn out great and the phone was perfect. It isn't that obvious and you have to look around the site to see the disclosure on third party providers. I cannot tell if Back Market has a robust supervision program as I've seen negative experiences, but I did receive a good used phone.
